The Business Development Associate (BDA) is responsible for promoting T.I.M.E. Institute's coaching programs, generating student enquiries, building relationships with schools, colleges, and corporate organizations, and converting leads into admissions. The role involves conducting educational seminars, campus visits, follow-up with prospective students while maintaining excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

- Generate leads and convert them into admissions for T.I.M.E. courses.
- Visit schools, colleges, and organizations to promote coaching programs.
- Conduct career guidance sessions, seminars, and promotional activities.
- Follow up with enquiries through phone calls, WhatsApp, email, and in-person meetings.
- Build and maintain relationships with educational institutions and corporate partners.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, admissions, and daily activities.




- Coordinate with the marketing team for campaigns and events.

Required Skills:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Robust sales and negotiation abilities.
- Self-motivated with a target-oriented approach.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is an advantage.
- Ability to travel locally for business development activities.

Qualification:

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 0–3 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, or Business Development (Education sector preferred).
