- Manage end-to-end recruitment for clinical & non-clinical roles.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media & referrals.
- Screen resumes, conduct interviews & coordinate hiring.
- Build talent pipelines for ongoing hiring needs.
- Support onboarding and ensure a smooth joining experience.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree or MBA in HR.
- 1+ year of recruitment experience (healthcare preferred).
- Strong communication, organization & multitasking skills.
- Experience in hospital/healthcare hiring is an added advantage.
