Senior Techno-Commercial Engineer -LT ELECTRICAL PANEL BOARDS

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Senior Techno-Commercial Engineer with extensive knowledge of LT Panel Boards to manage tendering, estimation, costing, and customer coordination. The ideal candidate should have strong technical expertise in LT panel manufacturing, be capable of analyzing electrical drawings and BOQs, and possess excellent commercial and client-handling skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and submit techno-commercial tenders and quotations for LT Panel Boards.
- Study tender documents, BOQs, specifications, SLDs, GA drawings, and customer requirements.
- Prepare accurate cost estimates for LT Panels based on project specifications.
- Select and finalize panel components such as ACB, MCCB, MCB, Busbars, CTs, Relays, Metering devices, etc.
- Coordinate with the Design, Purchase, Production, and Quality departments to ensure timely project execution.
- Clarify technical and commercial queries with customers and consultants.
- Negotiate commercial terms and follow up on quotations and tenders.




- Identify new business opportunities and maintain relationships with existing customers.
- Maintain tender records, quotation history, and project documentation.

Requirements

- Diploma / B.Tech in Electrical Engineering.
- Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in LT Panel Board / Electrical Switchgear Industry (Mandatory).
- Strong technical knowledge of:
- PCC, MCC, APFC, AMF, Distribution Panels, Synchronizing Panels, etc.
- Electrical components such as ACB, MCCB, MCB, Busbars, Contactors, Relays, CTs, VFDs, Soft Starters, Metering Devices, etc.
- Single Line Diagrams (SLD), GA Drawings, Control Schematics, and Panel Layouts.
- BOQ verification, costing, estimation, and tender documentation.
- Ability to interpret customer specifications and prepare techno-commercial offers.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer relationship skills.
- Ability to work independently

Experience

10+ Years (Relevant LT Panel Board Industry Experience is Mandatory)
