Job Summary

We are looking for a customer-focused and enthusiastic Customer Service Executive to handle customer queries, provide timely resolutions, and ensure a positive customer experience. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and the ability to effectively manage customer interactions.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer queries through calls, emails, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
- Provide accurate information regarding products, services, orders, and processes.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and professionally.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely resolution of customer concerns.
- Maintain proper records of customer interactions, complaints, and resolutions.
- Follow up with customers regarding pending requests, orders, or service issues.




- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and maintain a positive customer relationship.
- Escalate complex issues to the concerned department or senior management.
- Prepare regular reports related to customer queries and complaints.

Required Skills

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Good interpersonal and customer-handling skills.
- Strong problem-solving and follow-up abilities.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and Excel.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple customer queries.

Qualifications

- Graduate in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in Customer Service, Customer Support, Client Coordination, or a similar role.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
