Job Title: Retail Sales Officer – Jewelry Store

Job Summary:
The Retail Sales Officer is responsible for delivering excellent customer service, assisting customers in selecting jewelry products, and achieving sales targets. The role involves product presentation, customer relationship management, billing support, and maintaining showroom standards to ensure a premium shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities:

- Welcome customers and understand their requirements.
- Recommend suitable gold, diamond, silver, and gemstone jewelry products.
- Explain product features, pricing, offers, and certification details.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets.
- Handle billing, payments, and customer inquiries professionally.
- Maintain attractive product displays and showroom cleanliness.
- Assist in inventory management and stock verification.
- Build long-term customer relationships and encourage repeat business.
- Follow company policies, security procedures, and customer service standards.

Requirements:

- Graduate or equivalent qualification.
- 1–3 years of retail sales experience (jewelry/luxury retail preferred).




- Robust communication, interpersonal, and selling skills.
- Basic computer and billing system knowledge.
- Customer-oriented, well-groomed, and target-driven.

Preferred Skills: Knowledge of jewelry products, hallmarking, diamond certifications, and retail sales techniques.
