We are looking for an enthusiastic Tele Counsellor to join our growing team. This role is ideal for individuals who are fluent in Gujarati, Hindi, and English, enjoy speaking with people, and are passionate about helping students achieve their study abroad goals.

Whether you're an Experienced Professional or a Fresher with exceptional communication skills, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

- Connect with prospective students through inbound and outbound calls.
- Understand students' academic goals and requirements.
- Provide accurate guidance regarding study abroad opportunities and services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with students through regular follow-ups.
- Update lead information and maintain records in the CRM/system.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth counselling experience.
- Achieve daily and monthly follow-up and counselling targets while maintaining high service standards.

Requirements

- Fluent communication skills in Gujarati, Hindi, and English (Mandatory).
- Graduation Mandatory
- Excellent verbal communication and convincing skills.
- Solid interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
- Customer-first approach with a positive attitude.




- Comfortable handling inbound and outbound calls.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, Internet, CRM is a plus).
- Ability to multitask and work in a target-driven setting.
- Prior experience in telecalling, counselling, customer support, or sales is preferred but not mandatory.

Compensation

Salary: Compensation will be decided based on your communication skills, confidence, overall presentation, and performance during the interview process.
