Job Summary

We are looking for a highly motivated and result-oriented Marketing Manager to lead and manage the organization's marketing activities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning marketing strategies, leading the marketing team, generating business opportunities, building solid client relationships, and increasing brand visibility to achieve business growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to achieve business objectives.
- Lead, guide, and monitor the performance of the marketing team.
- Generate leads and identify new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with schools, colleges, corporate organizations, and business partners.
- Plan and execute promotional campaigns, seminars, workshops, exhibitions, and marketing events.




- Coordinate with the digital marketing team to improve online presence and lead generation.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.
- Monitor marketing performance and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
- Set marketing targets and ensure the team achieves business goals.
- Manage marketing budgets and ensure cost-effective promotional activities.
- Coordinate with management and other departments for successful project execution.
- Represent the organization during client meetings, educational events, and business presentations.

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
