Role & responsibilities

- Identify and generate new business opportunities by approaching industrial customers, OEMs, traders, and dealers.
- Experience in sales of Heavy fabrication items like prefabricated structures, ducting, tank, chimney, stack, fabricated items, ss tanks, equipment.
- Experince with OEM preferrable
- Visit existing and prospective customers to understand their product requirements.
- Prepare quotations, negotiate prices, and follow up to convert inquiries into orders.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Coordinate with the procurement and warehouse teams to ensure timely order execution and delivery.
- Follow up on payments and outstanding customer receivables.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and market feedback.
- Conduct market research to identify new customers and emerging business opportunities.




- Represent the company professionally and provide excellent customer service.

Preferred candidate profile

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 03 years of experience in sales, business development, or industrial product sales. Freshers with solid communication skills are welcome to apply.
- Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to travel locally for customer visits.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and eager to learn.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and email communication.
- Ability to build long-term customer relationships and work independently.
- Prior experience in bearings, industrial products, engineering, or manufacturing sales will be an added advantage.
- Possession of a two-wheeler and a valid driving license is preferred.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
