Broad Spectrum of Duties & Responsibilities
- Make direct calls to the company's customer database to introduce Wealth Products, P2P Investments, Insurance, Fixed Deposits (FDs), and Mutual Funds.
- Build B2B channels through virtual meetings, one-on-one client interactions, and webinars.
- Engage with channel partners and prospective customers to promote wealth products, including Fixed Income Products, P2P Investments, Insurance, and Mutual Funds.
- Leverage digital campaigns to build and strengthen the prospecting funnel.
- Manage customer portfolios by providing ongoing customer service and resolving channel partner queries.
Key Skills & Abilities
- Knowledge of investment products, including Fixed Income Products, P2P Investments, Insurance, and Mutual Funds.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience in growth marketing and customer communication.
- Strong sense of ownership, passion, ambition, and the ability to perform in a high-growth organization.
