We are looking for an experienced and client-focused Client Servicing Manager to build strong client relationships, manage projects efficiently, and deliver exceptional client service.

Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and highly organized Client Servicing Manager to manage client relationships, coordinate with internal teams, and ensure the successful execution of marketing projects. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, strong project management abilities, and experience handling multiple clients within a digital marketing or advertising agency.

Key Responsibilities

- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts.
- Build, maintain, and strengthen long-term client relationships.
- Understand client business objectives and recommend suitable marketing strategies.
- Coordinate with creative, content, SEO, performance marketing, and development teams to ensure seamless project execution.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and meet quality standards.
- Conduct regular client meetings, share campaign updates, and gather feedback.
- Monitor project timelines and proactively resolve issues or bottlenecks.
- Prepare proposals, presentations, reports, and meeting summaries.
- Ensure high levels of client satisfaction, retention, and account growth.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling digital marketing services.




- Work closely with leadership to achieve business objectives and client success goals.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Client Servicing, Account Management, or Customer Success.
- Prior experience in a digital marketing or advertising agency is highly preferred.

Preferred Skills

- Experience managing B2B client accounts.
- Understanding of SEO, PPC, social media marketing, email marketing, content marketing, and lead generation.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms and project management tools.
