Position: Food & Beverage Manager
Location: Hotel Country Inn Jalandhar – Espire Hospitality Group
Salary: Up to ₹45,000 CTC per month

About the Role

Hotel Country Inn Jalandhar, a part of Espire Hospitality Group, is looking for a dynamic and experienced Food & Beverage Manager to lead and oversee all F&B; operations. The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership skills, operational expertise, and a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences while driving revenue and maintaining service excellence.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day operations of all Food & Beverage outlets.
- Ensure exceptional guest satisfaction and maintain high service standards.
- Lead, train, and motivate the F&B; team to achieve operational excellence.
- Monitor food and beverage quality, hygiene, and safety standards.
- Control departmental budgets, food cost, beverage cost, and inventory.
- Plan and execute promotions, events, and revenue-generating initiatives.
- Coordinate with Kitchen, Front Office, and other departments for smooth operations.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, and statutory regulations.
- Handle guest feedback and resolve service-related issues promptly.




- Prepare operational reports and analyze departmental performance.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Hotel Management or Hospitality.
- 5–8 years of experience in Food & Beverage Operations, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
- Good knowledge of restaurant, banquet, and bar operations.
- Experience in budgeting, inventory management, and cost control.
- Proficiency in hotel PMS/POS systems and Microsoft Office.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple operations simultaneously.
