About the Role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and community-focused Community Manager to build, engage, and support a global community of investors, supporters, partners, and ecosystem participants for the Ensure Insured Token (EIT).

The ideal candidate will serve as the primary point of contact for our community across Telegram, Discord, X (Twitter), Reddit, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms. You will foster meaningful engagement, answer community questions, coordinate events, gather feedback, and help build a vibrant and trusted ecosystem before, during, and after the EIT token launch.

EnsureInsured is building a blockchain-powered insurance enforcement ecosystem designed to transform insurance verification, compliance, fraud prevention, and policy validation through innovative blockchain technology.

The platform leverages blockchain infrastructure, cloud-native technologies, mobile applications, government dashboards, insurer integrations, and modern API-driven services to create a trusted ecosystem connecting governments, insurers, enforcement agencies, businesses, and citizens.

As we prepare for the launch and global expansion of the Ensure Insured Token (EIT), we are looking for an experienced Community Manager to grow our global community, strengthen engagement, and create exceptional experiences for investors and ecosystem participants.

Responsibilities

- Manage and actively engage communities across Telegram, Discord, X (Twitter), Reddit, LinkedIn,



and other relevant platforms.
- Respond promptly to community questions regarding the project, token ecosystem, roadmap, partnerships, and announcements.
- Welcome and onboard new community members while creating a positive and inclusive experience.
- Organize and coordinate AMA sessions, Twitter Spaces, webinars, community contests, campaigns, and online events.
- Moderate discussions and enforce community guidelines to maintain a professional, respectful, and engaging environment.
- Monitor community sentiment, identify emerging trends, and provide actionable insights to internal teams.
- Escalate technical issues, investor concerns, security reports, and community feedback to the appropriate departments.
- Collaborate with marketing, partnerships, content, and leadership teams to execute community growth initiatives.
- Publish announcements, updates, newsletters, and educational content across community channels.
- Track community growth, engagement metrics, and campaign performance, preparing regular reports for management.
- Identify opportunities to improve community engagement, retention, and ecosystem participation.
- Stay informed about blockchain, cryptocurrency, and Web3 industry developments to support informed community discussions.

Key Requirements

- 5+ years of experience managing cryptocurrency, blockchain, Web3, fintech, or online technology communities.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Strong understanding of blockchain technology, cryptocurrency ecosystems, tokenomics, and Web3 concepts.
- Experience managing communities on Telegram, Discord, X (Twitter), Reddit, and similar platforms.




- Ability to communicate complex concepts clearly and professionally.
- Strong conflict resolution, moderation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience organizing AMA sessions, online events, and community engagement campaigns.
- Familiarity with community analytics, engagement metrics, and reporting.
- Experience using AI-powered productivity tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Microsoft Copilot, or equivalent platforms.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple conversations and priorities simultaneously.
- Willingness to work with globally distributed communities across multiple time zones.
- Customer-focused mindset with professionalism, empathy, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience working on ICO, IDO, IEO, token launch, or blockchain startup projects.
- Existing relationships within cryptocurrency, Web3, or blockchain communities.
- Experience using community management platforms, social media management tools, or CRM solutions.
- Understanding of decentralized finance (DeFi), digital assets, NFTs, or blockchain governance.
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Business Administration, Public Relations, or a related field.
