Job Description

Homesol Inframart Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Senior Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting operations, taxation, statutory compliance, and financial reporting. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in the steel, cement, trading, or construction industry and possess strong knowledge of GST, TDS, TCS, E-Invoicing, and E-Way Bills.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage complete accounting operations including Purchase, Sales, Journal Vouchers (JV), Receipt & Payment entries.
- Generate and manage E-Invoices and E-Way Bills.
- Handle GST transactions, reconciliations, return filing, and compliance.
- Prepare and file TDS and TCS returns.
- Ensure timely completion of all statutory compliances.
- Maintain petty cash and daily cash book.
- Perform Bank Reconciliation (BRS), vendor reconciliation, and ledger scrutiny.
- Process vendor payments and customer receipts.
- Prepare monthly MIS reports and financial statements.
- Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants,



and government authorities.
- Ensure accuracy of books of accounts and maintain proper documentation.
- Support month-end and year-end closing activities.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com). M.Com or CA Inter preferred.
- 5–8 years of experience in Accounting & Finance.
- Experience in the Steel, Cement, Trading, or Construction industry is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of:
- Purchase & Sales Accounting
- Journal Voucher (JV) Entries
- GST
- TDS & TCS
- E-Invoice & E-Way Bill
- Statutory Compliance
- Petty Cash Management
- Bank Reconciliation
- Proficient in Tally Prime, MS Excel, and MS Office.
- Robust analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

Preferred Skills

- Knowledge of inventory accounting.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Good understanding of taxation and compliance requirements.

Schedule: Day Shift

Experience Required: 5–8 Years

Work Location: Borivali, Mumbai

Pay: ₹14,368.64 - ₹45,578.37 per month
