An Audit Assistant Manager in a hospital manages risk-based internal audits, monitors clinical and billing compliance (IP/OP/ER and TPA claims), audits pharmacy and medical inventory, and ensures adherence to regulatory and accreditation standards like NABH or NABL.
Key Responsibilities
- Financial & Revenue Audits: Review inpatient, outpatient, and emergency room billing, plus third-party administrator (TPA) and insurance claims, to stop revenue leakage.
- Inventory & Store Checks: Audit pharmacy stock, medical consumables, and high-value equipment supply chains to spot shortages or waste.
- Compliance & Accreditation: Support quality teams during hospital accreditation and regulatory compliance check-ups.
- Reporting: Write audit findings, present risk analysis reports to senior management, and follow up on corrective action plans.
- Internal Controls: Review and upgrade standard operating procedures (SOPs) across hospital departments.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
