## Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused **Telecaller** to join our **Life & Health Insurance** team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for contacting prospective customers, understanding their insurance needs, explaining suitable life and health insurance products, and scheduling follow-ups or transferring qualified leads to the sales team. Strong communication skills and a customer-first approach are essential for success in this role.

## Key Responsibilities

* Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers using provided leads.

* Introduce and explain life and health insurance products in a clear and professional manner.

* Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable insurance solutions.

* Generate and qualify leads for the sales team.

* Schedule appointments or connect interested customers with insurance advisors.

* Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.

* Follow up with customers to address queries and encourage policy purchases.

* Meet daily, weekly, and monthly calling and lead generation targets.





* Handle customer concerns professionally and escalate complex issues when required.

* Stay updated on company products, insurance regulations, and market trends.

## Required Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferred).

* 0.6–2 years of experience in telecalling, telesales, customer service, or insurance sales.

* Freshers with excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply.

## Required Skills

* Excellent verbal communication skills.

* Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.

* Customer-focused attitude with active listening skills.

* Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office.

* Ability to work with CRM software and maintain accurate records.

* Good interpersonal and relationship-building skills.

* Self-motivated with the ability to achieve performance targets.

## Preferred Qualifications

* Prior experience in life or health insurance, banking, financial services, or BPO/telecalling.

* Knowledge of insurance products and industry practices is an added advantage.
