Job Summary

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Telecallers for our Malayalam Voice Process. The ideal candidate should have excellent spoken Malayalam, good communication skills, and the ability to interact with customers professionally while delivering a high-quality customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in Malayalam.
- Provide accurate information about products and services.
- Resolve customer queries and complaints in a professional manner.
- Follow call scripts and company guidelines.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Achieve daily productivity and quality targets.
- Escalate complex customer issues to the concerned team when required.
- Build positive relationships with customers through effective communication.
- Ensure customer satisfaction in every interaction.

Required Skills

- Excellent spoken Malayalam.
- Basic English communication skills.
- Tamil communication is an added advantage.
- Good listening and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.




- Typing skills and familiarity with MS Office are preferred.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work in a target-oriented environment.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Native or fluent Malayalam speaker.
- Customer service mindset.
- Ability to handle customer conversations politely and confidently.
- Immediate joiners are preferred.

Salary

- Freshers: ₹20,000 Take-Home per month.
- Experienced candidates: Salary based on experience and interview performance.
