Job Overview:

We are looking for dynamic and experienced professionals for the roles of Co-working Manager and Corporate Leasing Manager to join our growing team in Gurugram. The ideal candidates should have strong communication skills, industry knowledge, and the ability to manage client relationships effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

Co-working Manager:

- Oversee day-to-day operations of the co-working space
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention
- Manage occupancy, onboarding, and member engagement activities
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth facility operations
- Plan and execute community-building initiatives

Corporate Leasing Manager:

- Identify and develop new corporate leasing opportunities
- Manage end-to-end leasing cycle (lead generation to closure)
- Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients and brokers
- Negotiate lease terms and finalize agreements




- Conduct market research and competitor analysis

Key Requirements:

- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in co-working / commercial leasing / real estate
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Good understanding of the Gurugram commercial real estate market
- Self-motivated and target-driven

Preferred Qualifications:

- MBA or equivalent degree (preferred but not mandatory)
- Experience in co-working spaces or commercial real estate firms
