The Team Incharge is a on site role, who is responsible for leading a team of Customer Service Associates, ensuring smooth daily operations, process compliance, and achievement of productivity and quality targets. The role requires strong leadership, sound process knowledge, and the ability to motivate and support team members.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and guide the team to achieve daily operational targets.
- Ensure adherence to client processes, quality standards, and SLAs.
- Monitor productivity, attendance, and overall team performance.
- Coach team members and provide regular feedback for performance improvement.
- Handle operational issues and customer escalations when required.
- Prepare daily reports and coordinate with Team Leaders and Operations Managers.
- Promote a positive, disciplined, and customer-focused work workplace.

Requirements





- Graduate in any discipline.
- 2–5 years of BPO experience, with at least 1 year in a team handling or supervisory role preferred.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Good understanding of BPO processes, MS Office, and operational reporting.
- Willingness to work in US shift (Night shift)
