Job Title: Senior Accountant
Location: Candidates residing within 10–15 km of the company location will be preferred.
Salary: ₹35,000 – ₹40,000 per month

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Senior Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting operations, statutory compliance, financial reporting, and taxation activities. The ideal candidate should have a robust background in manufacturing/industrial accounting and be capable of independently handling accounts and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain books of accounts and general ledger.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).
- Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow.
- Handle GST, TDS, PF, ESI, Professional Tax, and other statutory compliances.
- Prepare and file statutory returns within due dates.
- Coordinate with auditors during internal, statutory, and tax audits.
- Manage payroll accounting entries and employee reimbursements.
- Monitor inventory accounting and manufacturing cost records.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
- Prepare MIS reports and provide financial analysis to management.




- Support budgeting and financial planning activities.

Eligibility Criteria

- Education: B.Com / M.Com / CA Inter / CMA Inter or equivalent.
- Experience: 5–8 years in Accounts & Finance.
- Industry Experience: Candidates must have worked in manufacturing/industrial companies in their last two organizations.
- Age: 30–35 years preferred.
- Marital Status: Married candidates preferred.
- Residence: Should reside within 10–15 km of the company location.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of Statutory Compliance (GST, TDS, PF, ESI, PT, Income Tax).
- Experience in manufacturing accounting and inventory accounting.
- Proficiency in Tally ERP/Tally Prime and MS Excel.
- Knowledge of ERP systems will be an added advantage.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
