Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and technology-driven IT Manager to manage and strengthen the IT infrastructure of Trademax Academy. The role will be responsible for ensuring smooth technology operations across online and offline learning platforms, internal systems, cybersecurity, software applications, and technical support.

The IT Manager will play a key role in supporting the academy’s digital growth, improving operational efficiency, and implementing technology solutions aligned with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

IT Infrastructure Management

Manage and maintain IT infrastructure including systems, networks, hardware, software, and connectivity.

Ensure smooth functioning of computers, servers, internet networks, and office IT facilities.

Monitor system performance and troubleshoot technical issues.

Learning Platform & Digital Support

Provide IT support for online learning platforms, LMS, website, student portals, and digital tools.

Coordinate with external technology vendors for website, applications, and software requirements.

Ensure uninterrupted support for online classes and digital learning operations.

Software & Application Management

Manage business applications including CRM, ERP, communication tools, and other platforms.

Support integration and automation initiatives to improve productivity.

Maintain user access control and software licenses.

Cybersecurity & Data Protection

Implement IT security practices to protect company data and systems.

Manage backups, access permissions, antivirus solutions, and security monitoring.

Ensure data confidentiality and safe technology practices.

Team & User Support

Provide technical guidance and support to employees across departments.

Create IT support processes and response mechanisms.





Conduct basic technology training for employees when required.

Vendor & Asset Management

Manage IT vendors, AMC contracts, and service agreements.

Maintain IT asset inventory including laptops, desktops, networking equipment, and software.

Ensure cost-effective technology solutions.

Process Improvement

Develop IT SOPs, checklists, and documentation.

Identify opportunities for technology improvement and automation.

Support management in technology planning and budgeting.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.

5+ years of experience in IT administration/management.

Solid knowledge of networking, hardware, software, and IT security.

Experience managing cloud platforms, CRM/LMS systems, and business applications.

Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Ability to manage vendors and coordinate projects.

Preferred Experience

Experience in education/training industry technology management.

Knowledge of website management, digital platforms, and online learning systems.

Experience with automation tools and business process improvement.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
