- Work through written systems instead of dependency on verbal discussions.
- Strong command over emails, trackers, MOMs, SOPs, reporting systems, and escalation matrices is mandatory.
- Identify non-performing, political, irresponsible, or inefficient employees.
- Lay off wrong people wherever necessary and build a stronger execution-oriented culture.
- Hire competent, disciplined, and performance-driven professionals.




- Upgrade organizational talent quality within 3 to 6 months.
- Create accountability structures, KRAs, KPIs, and measurable performance benchmarks for every employee.
- Ensure strict discipline, ownership, transparency, execution, and accountability across the organization.

Desired Candidate:

- 10–20 years of leadership and operational experience.
- Prior experience in Real Estate, Hospitality, Infrastructure, Construction, or High-Pressure Startup Environments preferred.
- Robust command over operations, execution, crisis management, and organizational restructuring.
- Ability to work under extreme pressure and tight deadlines.
- Army/Navy/Air Force background or highly disciplined corporate background will be an added advantage.
