Job Title: Collection Agent / Tele caller – Payday Loan/ Personal Loan

Job Summary

We are looking for a Collection Agent / Telecaller to recover overdue payday loan payments through outbound calls, follow-ups, and customer engagement while maintaining compliance and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to customers with overdue loan payments.

Remind customers about payment due dates and outstanding amounts.

Resolve payment-related issues faced by customer

Update collection remarks and customer interactions in the collection system.

Achieve daily call and collection targets.

Escalate difficult or high-risk cases to the Collection Manager.

Requirements





Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate preferred.

1–3 years experience in telecalling, collections, BPO, or payday loan collections.

Valuable communication skills in Hindi and English (regional language is a plus).

Basic computer knowledge and CRM/dialer handling experience.

Strong negotiation and customer handling skills.
