As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves implementing the configuration management plan under the guidance of the Configuration Lead. This position requires close attention to detail and collaboration with various stakeholders to ensure that software solutions are effectively tailored to support organizational objectives and operational needs.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.




- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to ensure alignment between software configurations and business process requirements.
- Facilitate communication and coordination among cross-functional teams to drive project success.
- Support junior team members by providing guidance and knowledge sharing to enhance their development.

Skilled & Technical Skills:

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in IBM WebSphere Application Server Application Deployment.
- Experience with application server configuration and deployment processes.
- Strong understanding of software customization techniques to meet business needs.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve deployment-related issues efficiently.
- Familiarity with configuration management principles and best practices.
- Capability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate technical concepts clearly.

Additional Information:

- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in IBM WebSphere Application Server Application Deployment.

- This position is based at our HDC4 - SEZ office.

- A 15 years full time education is required.
