Job Description

Provide Technical leadership and Guide the activities of software engineering teams in the design, development of L2-L3 Protocol features. Lay out new architectures and designs that are simple enough to be built and work. Do a substantial amount of coding on early product versions. Lead small product development teams, working directly with customers and product management. Contribute back to the technical community via blogs, standard forums etc. Conceptualize product ideas and convince product management for implementation with value proposition.

Key Skills Required

Prior experience designing and implementing real-time analytics as a product feature. Sense of ownership, accountability, innovation, inclination for correct by design. Autodidact, able to learn recent things on the fly. Excessive attention to detail and code-craft. Working knowledge on SDN, NFV, Virtualization technologies is a plus. Has good judgment earned through multiple successes and failures. Excessive attention to detail and code-craft.
