Job Summary:
Looking for a Senior Finance Manager to lead financial planning, reporting, compliance, and team management. The role requires robust analytical skills and the ability to support strategic business decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
- Oversee financial reporting and month-end/year-end closures
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and tax regulations
- Monitor cash flow and working capital
- Coordinate internal/external audits
- Partner with leadership for financial insights and decision-making
- Lead and mentor the finance team
Requirements:
- CA / CPA / MBA (Finance) preferred
- 6-15 years of relevant experience
- Strong knowledge of accounting, taxation, and compliance
- Proficiency in Excel and ERP systems (SAP/Oracle preferred)
- Positive communication and leadership skills
