Job Title: Machine Operator

Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled Machine Operator to operate and maintain equipment in a chemical manufacturing plant. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth production processes, maintaining safety standards, and achieving daily production targets.

Key Responsibilities:

- Operate chemical processing machines and equipment as per SOPs.
- Monitor production parameters such as temperature, pressure, and flow levels.
- Ensure proper handling of raw materials and chemicals.
- Maintain accurate production records and log sheets.
- Perform routine inspections and basic troubleshooting of machines.
- Follow safety guidelines, PPE usage, and chemical handling procedures.
- Maintain cleanliness and housekeeping in the work area (5S practices).
- Coordinate with maintenance and quality teams for smooth operations.




- Minimize downtime and reduce process deviations.

Required Skills:

- Basic knowledge of chemical plant operations.
- Understanding of safety standards and hazard handling.
- Ability to read and follow SOPs and work instructions.
- Basic troubleshooting and machine handling skills.
- Valuable communication and teamwork abilities.

Qualification:

- ITI / Diploma in Chemical / Mechanical / Production or related field.

Preferred:

- Experience in chemical, pharma, or process industry.
- Knowledge of pumps, reactors, mixers, and control panels.
