We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Coordinator to support our sales team by managing administrative tasks, coordinating with customers, processing orders, and ensuring smooth communication between internal departments. The ideal candidate should have strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a customer-focused mindset.

Key Responsibilities

- Support the sales team with day-to-day administrative and operational activities.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, sales reports, and presentations.
- Process customer orders and ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Coordinate with logistics, production, finance, and customer service teams to ensure smooth execution of orders.
- Maintain accurate customer records, sales databases, and CRM systems.
- Follow up with customers regarding inquiries, quotations, deliveries, and payments.
- Monitor sales targets and prepare periodic performance reports.
- Schedule meetings, manage calendars, and coordinate travel arrangements for the sales team when required.




- Handle customer complaints and escalate issues to the appropriate department.
- Assist in preparing sales forecasts and market analysis reports.
- Ensure all sales documentation is complete and compliant with company policies.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in sales coordination, sales support, or customer service (fresh graduates with strong skills may also be considered).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Experience with CRM software or ERP systems is an advantage.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 per month
