MERN Full Stack Team Lead — Job Description

Experience: 5+ Years (min. 2 years as Team Lead — mandatory)

Responsibilities

- Lead and manage a team of MERN stack developers (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js).
- Own end-to-end project delivery — planning, execution, and quality.
- Define technical architecture and enforce best practices.
- Track Team & Project KPIs aligned with business/delivery goals.
- Collaborate with BAs, PMs, and clients for requirement clarity.
- Conduct code reviews and mentor team members.
- Ensure timely delivery per project roadmap and milestones.

Requirements

- Strong hands-on experience with MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js.
- Proven experience leading a dev team (2+ years).
- Experience designing scalable, high-performance applications.
- Positive understanding of REST APIs, microservices, third-party integrations.
- DevOps/CI-CD/cloud knowledge is a plus.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Pay: ₹550,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
