Job Description – SEO Trainee

About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and enthusiastic SEO Trainee to join our Digital Marketing team. This role is ideal for individuals looking to build a career in Search Engine Optimization by gaining hands-on experience with live projects. The selected candidate will work closely with experienced professionals to improve website visibility, organic traffic, and search engine rankings while developing practical SEO skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.
- Assist in implementing on-page SEO strategies, including content optimization, meta tags, internal linking, and URL optimization.
- Perform basic technical SEO audits and support in identifying and resolving website issues.
- Assist in off-page SEO activities, including backlink analysis and link-building initiatives.
- Monitor website performance using Google Search Console and Google Analytics.
- Track keyword rankings, website traffic, and SEO performance metrics.
- Prepare and maintain SEO reports with insights and recommendations.
- Collaborate with content, design, and development teams to implement SEO best practices.
- Stay updated with the latest SEO trends, search engine algorithms, and industry best practices.

Requirements





- Basic understanding of On-Page, Off-Page, and Technical SEO concepts.
- Familiarity with Google Search Console, Google Analytics, and WordPress.
- Exposure to SEO tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, Ubersuggest, Google Keyword Planner, or similar platforms.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
- Robust analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Attention to detail and a willingness to learn new SEO techniques and digital marketing practices.
- Relevant certifications, internships, or academic projects in SEO or Digital Marketing will be an added advantage.

Preferred Skills

- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS is an advantage.
- Understanding of content marketing and search engine ranking factors.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Self-motivated with a strong willingness to learn and grow in the field of SEO.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
