Working Days: 6 Days a Week Timings: 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM

About the Role We are looking for a passionate and goal-oriented Business Development Associate to join our sales team.

The role involves engaging with prospective learners, understanding their career goals, recommending suitable upskilling programs, and guiding them through the enrollment process.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to prospective learners from the assigned lead database.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable Skill-Lync programs.
- Conduct effective sales conversations and explain the value and ROI of the programs.
- Manage the complete sales cycle, including lead qualification, counselling, follow-ups, pricing discussions, and closure.
- Coordinate with technical and pricing teams to provide accurate program recommendations.
- Maintain regular follow-ups to maximize conversions. Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.





Required Skills

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong sales and persuasion abilities.
- Customer-focused with good problem-solving skills. Ability to manage time effectively and follow up consistently.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and eager to learn in a quick-paced environment.

Preferred Candidates Immediate joiners or candidates available to join within 15 days.

Candidates with solid communication skills and a passion for sales.
