Job Summary
This role drives operational excellence by leading support teams in a multilingual Microsoft Windows environment. The individual ensures client SLAs are met, empowers team members, and implements process improvements. They play a critical role in optimizing systems, fostering innovation, and facilitating effective communication to achieve business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
1. Lead operational support for Microsoft Windows environments by applying expert troubleshooting and problem-solving in both Arabic and English, ensuring prompt resolution of incidents and service requests.
2. Oversee process optimization initiatives using Microsoft Windows administrative tools to enhance reporting accuracy, streamline workflow, and improve system performance.
3. Mentor and guide the support team by facilitating technical upskilling in Windows system management and bilingual client communications.
4. Analyze client requirements and proactively align Microsoft Windows solutions to meet and exceed service level agreements, leveraging Arabic and English proficiency for effective stakeholder engagement.

Foster a culture of continuous improvement by introducing innovative approaches for Microsoft Windows operations and team collaboration.
6. Ensure transparent communication of project goals and progress to team members using both Arabic and English, supporting explicit understanding and execution.
Skill Requirements
1. Expert proficiency in Microsoft Windows system administration, including advanced troubleshooting and process automation.
2. Excellent communication skills in both Arabic and English, with the ability to translate technical information for diverse audiences.
3. Advanced proficiency in leading and mentoring teams within a technical operations context.
4. Strong analytical and reporting skills utilizing Microsoft Windows and related tools.
5. Advanced understanding of client requirement analysis and SLA management.
Other Requirements
1. Microsoft Certified: Windows Server (optional but valuable).
2. ITIL Foundation Certification (optional but valuable).
