Key Responsibilities

- Lead Generation: Research and identify potential clients, including real estate developers, architects, and project owners.
- Proposal Support: Assist in preparing technical-commercial fee proposals, bids, and presentations.
- Client Coordination: Maintain regular contact with prospective clients and arrange meetings.
- Market Research:



Gather data on upcoming construction and infrastructure projects, competitors, and industry trends.
- CRM Management: Update and track sales pipelines, inquiries, and client contact databases.

Requirements & Qualifications

- Education: Business Administration/Marketing.
- Skills: Strong communication, active listening, and basic presentation skills.
- Software: Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point).
- Traits: Eagerness to learn, goal-oriented mindset, and basic understanding of the building construction or MEP sector.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
