WE ARE LOOKING FOR A SALES EXPERT!

We are looking for a highly motivated, experienced and target-oriented Sales Professional to join our growing team.

The candidate will be responsible for developing new business, generating leads, handling customers, negotiating deals and converting prospects into successful sales.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Generate new B2B leads through calling, field visits, online platforms, references & networking
- Identify potential customers and develop new business opportunities
- Promote & sell Paper Cup Machines, Paper Plate Machines & Industrial Machinery
- Handle customer enquiries from initial contact to final order
- Prepare quotations and conduct regular follow-ups
- Negotiate with customers and close sales
- Maintain strong long-term relationships with clients
- Achieve monthly & yearly sales targets
- Handle IndiaMART / TradeIndia / online leads effectively
- Conduct customer visits and product presentations
- Maintain proper sales pipeline & daily sales reports
- Explore new markets and expand the company's customer base

CANDIDATE PROFILE

We are looking for someone who is:





- An Experienced B2B Sales Professional
- Target-oriented & result-driven
- Excellent in communication & negotiation
- Confident in customer handling
- Strong in lead generation & follow-up
- Capable of independently closing deals
- Willing to travel for customer meetings
- Experience in Industrial Machinery / Manufacturing / Packaging / Engineering Products will be highly preferred

Qualification: Graduate / Diploma preferred
Experience: 2–5 years in B2B / Industrial / Machinery Sales
