Community Manager – Membership, Partnerships & Events

Organisation: The Real Woman Global Community (TRWGC)
Location: Mumbai
Experience: 4–7 years
Salary: ₹45,000–₹60,000 per month

TRWGC is looking for a mature, proactive and well-spoken Community Manager to manage member engagement, partnerships, membership growth and community events.

Key responsibilities

- Support the President and Founding Circle in executing community initiatives.
- Manage member communication, engagement, orientations and renewals.
- Research and approach prospective members, partners, sponsors and institutions.
- Manage the lead pipeline—from identification and outreach to follow-up and conversion.
- Coordinate regional chapters, speakers, events, industry visits and learning programmes.
- Support the planning and execution of TRWGC’s annual conference and awards.
- Prepare professional emails, proposals, presentations, meeting notes and reports.
- Coordinate with the social media agency for member stories and event communication.
- Maintain an updated CRM of members, prospects, sponsors and partners.
- Use AI tools to improve research, communication, lead generation,



reporting and productivity.

Candidate profile

- 4–7 years’ experience in community management, qualified associations, partnerships, events or business development.
- Strong written and spoken English with confident stakeholder communication.
- Mature and comfortable interacting with founders, CXOs and senior professionals.
- Strong follow-up, relationship-building, lead-generation and conversion skills.
- An AI enthusiast who actively explores and uses tools such as ChatGPT, Canva AI and CRM automation.
- Independent, organised and capable of taking complete ownership.
- Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets, PowerPoint, CRM and digital communication tools.
- Willing to attend occasional evening or weekend events.

Performance will be measured through membership growth and renewals, partner and sponsor conversions, member engagement, event execution and timely reporting.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
