Job Purpose
Maintain customer Demat accounts and enhance bank business to achieve product excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development
Open Demat, CASA, and FD accounts.
Provide product information to customers.
Generate business, cross-sell, and achieve sales targets.
Conduct database calling to cross-sell products.
Operational Activities
Ensure satisfactory audit in the Demat desk.
Authorize delivery instructions for transactions.
Handle dematerialization of shares.
Maintain all Demat-related registers.
Education:
Graduation required; Post-graduation preferred.
Certifications:
AMFI Certification, IRDA Certification, NCFM Certification (Optional).
Key Competencies
Sales and influencing skills, banking product and process knowledge, planning and organizing skills, communication, knowledge of competition and financial trends.
Major Stakeholders
Customers, Branch Banking Team, Operations, NR Product Team, Insurance CAM, MF Fund Houses, HSL Personnel.
