We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Civil Site Engineer (for our projects in Kondotty, Malappuram) responsible for ensuring timely execution of construction activities, maintaining quality standards, coordinating with vendors and contractors, and ensuring overall client satisfaction. The candidate will oversee in office operations and ensure the project adheres to approved timelines and specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

- Ensure timely execution of construction activities as per project schedule.
- Monitor daily site progress and ensure work is completed according to approved drawings and specifications.
- Implement and maintain strict quality control procedures at the construction site.
- Ensure timely delivery of materials and verify their quality upon arrival.
- Supervise proper curing and other essential construction processes.
- Coordinate and follow up with vendors and contractors to avoid delays.
- Ensure adherence to project timelines and report any potential delays proactively.
- Maintain effective communication with clients to ensure satisfaction and address concerns.




- Prepare and submit daily progress reports to the Project Coordinator.
- Ensure site safety standards and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Monitor labor productivity and optimize resource utilization.
- Conduct site inspections and resolve technical issues promptly.

Qualifications & Skills:

- Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering.
- 2-3 year experience in site supervision and construction management.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and quality standards.
- Excellent coordination and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple contractors and vendors effectively.
- Strong reporting and documentation skills.
- Problem-solving and decision-making ability.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
