Key Responsibilities

- Perform and supervise haemodialysis procedures.
- Operate and troubleshoot Fresenius/Nipro dialysis machines.
- Monitor patients and manage dialysis-related complications.
- Guide junior technicians and ensure adherence to SOPs.
- Maintain infection control, NABH standards, and accurate documentation.
- Coordinate with the Medical Officer, Centre Manager, and Biomedical team.
- Ensure smooth day-to-day dialysis operations.

Eligibility

- Diploma/B.Sc. in Dialysis Technology.
- 10 + years of haemodialysis experience.
- Hands-on experience with Fresenius/Nipro machines.
- Solid leadership, communication, and patient care skills.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
