Position Summary

The Promoter is responsible for actively engaging with passengers and visitors at Ahmedabad Airport, introducing them to Zivaya Wellness services, generating walk-in customers, and assisting the outlet team in achieving daily sales targets. This role requires excellent communication skills, confidence, and a proactive approach to customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities

- Proactively approach passengers and visitors in designated areas of the airport.
- Introduce and explain Zivaya Wellness services, spa treatments, and ongoing promotional offers.
- Encourage customers to visit the outlet and convert enquiries into bookings.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly footfall and sales targets.
- Build rapport with customers while maintaining a courteous and professional demeanor.
- Maintain thorough knowledge of all services, pricing, packages, and promotions.




- Coordinate with therapists and reception staff to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Assist in distributing promotional material when required.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, enquiries, and conversions.
- Ensure compliance with airport security regulations, company policies, and grooming standards.
- Represent the Zivaya Wellness brand positively at all times.

Eligibility

- Minimum Higher Secondary (12th Pass); Graduation preferred.
- Prior experience in sales, retail, hospitality, customer service, or promotions is an advantage.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills and a positive attitude are welcome to apply.
