Looking for Service Lead with good English and Kannad Communication skill.
Below is the Job Description :
- Diagnostic Skills: Ability to troubleshoot and diagnose equipment malfunctions or service issues on the spot.
- Product Knowledge: Deep understanding of the company's offerings, features, and applications to resolve issues effectively.
- Clear Articulation: Skill in explaining complex technical issues or solutions in simple, non-technical terms.
- Conflict Resolution: Ability to handle objections and negotiate on-site to ensure client satisfaction while protecting company policies.
- Time Management: Punctuality, efficient route planning, and the ability to juggle multiple appointments on tight deadlines.
- Administrative Documentation: Meticulous attention to detail when logging visit notes, updating CRM systems, and submitting service reports.
Pay: From ₹40,000.00 per month
