Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled and customer-focused Relationship Manager to oversee and maintain relationships with our clients. In this role, you will be responsible for understanding client needs, offering personalized solutions, and ensuring a high level of client satisfaction to drive retention and growth.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with assigned clients.
- Understand client requirements and business objectives to provide tailored solutions.
- Act as the main point of contact for key clients, ensuring timely and effective communication.
- Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services.
- Resolve client issues promptly and effectively.
- Prepare regular reports on client status and account health.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Product, Operations) to meet client needs.




- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Meet or exceed sales and relationship management targets.

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Relationship Manager or in a similar client-facing role.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple client accounts and priorities.
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office.
- Results-driven with a customer-first mindset.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹29,000.00 per month
