- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Assist in monitoring system performance and proactively identify potential issues to prevent disruptions.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on operational procedures.

Qualified & Technical Skills:

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Unified Communication and Collaboration Operations.
- Strong understanding of incident and problem management processes within communication systems.
- Experience in creating and implementing Requests for Change and updating technical documentation.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with vendors and internal teams to resolve complex technical issues.
- Familiarity with operational stability practices and service management frameworks.

Additional Information:

- The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Unified Communication and Collaboration Operations.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
