Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Export – Procurement Executive to manage end-to-end procurement activities aligned with export operations. The role requires strong expertise in vendor management, export documentation, and logistics coordination to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of goods in compliance with international trade regulations.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage sourcing and procurement of materials/products as per export requirements.
- Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with domestic and international vendors for cost-effective purchasing.
- Coordinate closely with export and logistics teams to ensure timely shipment of goods.
- Handle complete export documentation including Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading, Certificate of Origin, Shipping Bill, LC documentation, etc.
- Ensure compliance with international trade regulations, customs procedures, and company policies.
- Monitor inventory levels and plan procurement to avoid shortages or delays.




- Maintain vendor database and develop long-term supplier relationships.
- Resolve procurement and logistics-related issues proactively.
- Prepare MIS reports related to procurement, shipments, and cost analysis.

Required Skills & Knowledge

- Strong knowledge of procurement processes and vendor negotiation.
- Experience of 3-10 years.
- Have experience into procurement of agri-commodities(wheat, rice, pulses etc)
- Hands-on experience in export documentation and international shipping procedures.
- Good understanding of logistics coordination and customs clearance.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.

Educational Qualification

- Graduate/Postgraduate equivalent qualification.

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
