We are looking for a proactive and responsible Site Engineer to oversee day-to-day construction activities and ensure projects are executed efficiently, safely, and according to approved drawings and quality standards. The ideal candidate should be capable of independently managing site operations, coordinating with contractors, vendors, consultants, and clients, and ensuring timely project completion.

Key Responsibilities

* Supervise and monitor day-to-day site activities.

* Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.

* Coordinate with architects, project managers, contractors, vendors, and consultants.

* Plan and schedule labour, materials, and equipment to ensure uninterrupted workflow.

* Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion within budget.

* Conduct regular site inspections and resolve technical issues.

* Verify measurements, prepare work progress reports, and maintain site documentation.

* Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards.





* Coordinate material deliveries and maintain inventory at the site.

* Attend client and consultant meetings and provide project updates.

* Identify and resolve on-site challenges to minimize delays.

* Ensure proper execution, finishing quality, and timely handover of projects.

Requirements

* Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering.

* 2–5 years of experience in construction or interior project execution.

* Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and site management.

* Ability to read and interpret architectural and structural drawings.

* Valuable communication, leadership, and coordination skills.

* Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office is preferred.

* Willingness to travel to project sites across Bengaluru.

* Immediate joiners and candidates currently residing in Bengaluru are preferred.
