- Prepare daily and weekly vendor follow-up reports.
- Coordinate with warehouse/stores for material receipt.
- Ensure required documents (Invoice, E-way Bill, Delivery Challan, etc.) are received.
- Maintain vendor database and contact information.
- Monitor lead times and delivery commitments.
- Escalate critical delays to the procurement manager.
