Location: Bengaluru, Karnataka Job Type: Full-time Job Summary Maxservice Facility Management Pvt. Ltd. is hiring an experienced Business Development Executive to drive B2B sales and corporate client acquisition in the Facility Management industry. Key Responsibilities - Generate new business opportunities through field visits, cold calling, networking, and referrals. - Identify and meet prospective corporate clients. - Promote Integrated Facility Management (IFMS) services, including Housekeeping, Security, Technical, and Support Services. - Prepare proposals, quotations, and negotiate commercial terms. - Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets. - Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and submit daily activity reports. - Coordinate with the Operations team for smooth client onboarding. Mandatory Requirements - Minimum 2 years of Business Development experience in the Facility Management/IFMS industry.



- Experience in B2B corporate sales and client acquisition. - Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. - Willing to travel within Bengaluru for client meetings. - Bachelor's degree in any discipline. Preferred Industry Experience Facility Management (IFMS), Security Services, Housekeeping Services, Technical Services, Manpower/Staffing Services.
