Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Design Lead – Interiors who can manage the end-to-end interior design process, lead the design team, coordinate with clients and management, and ensure smooth project delivery. This role requires strong leadership, communication, and coordination skills along with solid design expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Team & Design Management

- Lead and manage the interior design team
- Assign work, set timelines, and review drawings and designs
- Guide junior designers and ensure design quality and consistency
- Ensure timely delivery of designs, drawings, and documentation

2. Client Coordination

- Handle client meetings, presentations, and design discussions
- Understand client requirements and translate them into design concepts
- Manage design revisions and maintain long-term client relationships

3. Internal & Management Coordination

- Coordinate with execution, sales, and procurement teams
- Act as a bridge between design team and senior management / founders




- Provide regular updates, reports, and approvals to management

4. Project Oversight

- Oversee multiple interior projects simultaneously
- Ensure designs are practical, executable, and within budget
- Support sales and business teams during design-related discussions

Skills & Requirements:

- 8–10 years of experience in interior design and execution projects
- Solid leadership and team management skills
- Excellent client-handling and communication abilities
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and working knowledge of 3D software
- Good understanding of interior materials, detailing, and execution
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
- Comfortable coordinating with senior management and stakeholders

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
