Trade Aura Institute is looking for a dynamic, result-oriented, and customer-focused Academic Counsellor who can guide prospective students, understand their career goals, and help them choose the most suitable training programs. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication, sales, and relationship-building skills with a passion for achieving targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Counsel prospective students and parents regarding the Institute's courses and career opportunities.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls, WhatsApp, and walk-in enquiries.
- Convert qualified leads into admissions by providing accurate course information.
- Follow up with prospective students and maintain regular communication.
- Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets.
- Maintain student records and update the CRM on a daily basis.
- Coordinate with the Operations and Academic teams for a seamless admission process.




- Build long-term relationships with students to ensure a positive experience.
- Represent the Institute professionally and maintain high service standards.

Required Skills

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong convincing and negotiation abilities.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office, Google Sheets, and CRM tools.
- Ability to work in a rapid-paced environment.
