Position Overview:

EazyLink Academy, a leading global education consultancy having branches in Kerala, Tamil Nadu and Dubai is looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Visa Processing Manager to manage student applications for Ireland and UK universities.

The ideal candidate should manage the end‑to‑end student documentation process, ensuring accuracy and compliance with universities abroad, visa regulations, and seamless coordination between students, counselors, and partner institutions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and ensure the accurate collection, verification, and submission of all required documents for admissions.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of visa regulations, admission policies, and compliance requirements to avoid any processing delays or rejections.
- Provide financial briefing and assistance according to the country and visa rules.
- Assist students and parents with document requirements, deadlines, and procedures for successful admission and visa approvals.
- Coordinate with students, universities, and internal teams throughout the admission process.
- Track application status and provide regular updates to students.




- Ensure accurate documentation and maintain student records.
- Maintain confidentiality and accuracy in all admissions-related processes.

Qualification & Experience:

- Bachelor's Degree
- Relevant work experience of minimum 1 year
- Candidates with prior travel agency experience will be preferred.
