We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated HR Recruitment Interns who want to build a career in Human Resources and Talent Acquisition. If you are eager to learn recruitment, candidate sourcing, interviewing, and client handling, this internship will provide hands-on industry experience.

No prior recruitment experience is required. We will provide training to help you develop the necessary skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Source candidates through job portals and social media.
- Screen resumes according to job requirements.
- Contact candidates and schedule interviews.
- Conduct initial HR screening calls.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Coordinate with recruiters and hiring managers.




- Support day-to-day recruitment activities.

Eligibility

- Final Year Students or Recent Graduates
- Any Graduate (BBA, B.Com, BA, BCA, MBA HR, or equivalent)
- Positive communication skills
- Basic computer knowledge
- Willingness to learn and grow
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic

Stipend

- Up to ₹5,000 per month based on performance, attendance, and sincerity.
