Job Overview

As a Mechanical Trainer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the careers of aspiring engineers. You will be responsible for delivering comprehensive, hands-on training across leading industry software, bridging the gap between academic theory and practical engineering design.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver Training: Conduct interactive training sessions (both theory and practical) on mechanical CAD and CAE software.
- Mentorship: Guide students through real-world projects, portfolio building, and industry best practices.
- Curriculum Management: Help update course materials, exercises, and assignments to stay aligned with current industry standards.
- Evaluation: Assess student progress through regular tests, assignments, and mock interviews.
- Support: Provide query-resolution sessions and assist students in troubleshooting software-related design challenges.

Required Skills & Technical Expertise

We are looking for a versatile expert proficient in the following design and analysis tools:

- CAD (Design & Modeling):
- AutoCAD: 2D drafting and basic 3D modeling.
- SolidWorks: Part modeling, assembly, drafting, and sheet metal.
- CATIA: Surface design, part design, and assembly modeling.
- Creo (Pro/E): Parametric modeling and assembly.
- NX CAD: Advanced modeling,



drafting, and synchronous technology.
- CAE (Analysis & Simulation):
- Ansys: FEA, structural, thermal, and fluid flow analysis.
- HyperMesh: Advanced meshing, shell/solid meshing, and preparation for solver run.

Qualifications & Soft Skills

- Education: B.E. / B.Tech / M.Tech in Mechanical Engineering or a related stream.
- Experience: 1–3 years of experience in corporate training or industry-level design/analysis. Freshers with exceptional software mastery and project portfolios are also welcome to apply.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Kannada (local language proficiency is a major plus).
- Presentation: Ability to break down complex technical concepts into easy-to-understand modules for students.
